Introduction
FMG is made up of former national gymnasts, and individuals who are highly qualified with regards to gymnastics as a sport. FMG is generally in promoting and developing the sport of Gymnastics at the GRASSROOTS to NATIONAL LEVEL.

Objectives
| To strive to develop gymnastics from grassroots level in Malaysia. |
| To provide interactions between club members and enhance the gymnast’s standards thus producing more school level, state level and even national level gymnasts. |
| To promote and organize competitions between international and local clubs in Malaysia in order to enable local gymnasts to participate and gain exposure with minimum costs. |
| To provide, manage and organize competitions/tournaments that are appropriate for the development of gymnastics as a sport in Malaysia. |
